Policy
Development Fees: Are nonrefundable. If at any point of the development process you wish to no longer proceed, we will still complete and provide you with a digital pattern file, fabric swatches, and a sample.

Sample Fees: Are nonrefundable. Once payment has been submitted we will proceed with the making and the delivery of the sample.

Pattern Fees: Are nonrefundable. Once payment has been submitted we will proceed with the pattern creation and grading. If you wish to no longer proceed with production we will provide you with digital files of your pattern.

Production Fees: Are nonrefundable. We ask that you inspect your items for any defects and contact us within 5 days of initial delivery. We do not provide refunds for defects but will replace the defective items if within the 5 days of delivery.

Product Testing: The client is ultimately responsible for product testing, which includes but not limited to: stitching, sizing, fabric quality, and fabric wash.

Shipping: Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item(s) to reach you, may vary.

Payment: All payments are required in full and upfront.
